There will be a lectern on the stage. Speakers will be able to use the lectern microphone or a lapel microphone. You will have a 43-inch foldback screen in front of you at foot height that will display your speaker notes as well as your next slide.<\/p>\n<p>All speakers are asked to keep to their allocated time to ensure the Meeting runs on time. There will be a timer on the lectern for you to use, and the Slatts team will give you a sign from the back of the room when you need to wrap up.
