In addition to her role as CEO, Richelle also serves as the Company Secretary on the Arrow board. In this capacity, she upholds the highest standards of governance, ensuring that Arrow operates with integrity and transparency. Richelle\u2019s professional journey has shaped her particular interest in managing growing organisations.
