Claire\u2019s vision is complication-free vascular access devices and infusion therapy, across healthcare settings. After specialising as an ICU nurse, and completing a PhD in infection prevention, she established the Alliance for Vascular Access Teaching and Research (AVATARgroup.org.au) and has completed 50 randomised controlled trials, including 3 first-authored trials published in The Lancet.
