In her time as Data Manager, she has contributed to multiple clinical audits and reviews, the findings of which presented at numerous international meetings. Alia has a research interest in the late complications of transplant, and was recently awarded a Central Adelaide Local Health Network Dawes Scholarship to support a PhD candidature where she will be investigating subsequent cancers after transplant.
