Completing a Bachelor of Applied Science (Medical Science) in 2008, Daniel’s career journey has included Medical Laboratory Scientist, Eye and Tissue Banking Donation Specialist, Tumour Banking, TCT Research Coordinator and Data Manager and now the Blood and Marrow Transplant Quality Manager at the Queensland Children’s Hospital for the transplant and collection programs. His focus in the role has been to streamline processes and introduce and encourage development of efficiencies through innovation. His passion is in change and in his unbridled determination to promote the importance and value of quality managers within TCT and the healthcare sector. Dan is a member of the ANZTCT Quality Manager Special Interest Group and has particular interests in education and sharing knowledge.
