ANZTCT ASM add-on

ANZTCT ASM Family Dinner – Paint The Town Red!
Thursday 7 August 2025
} 6:30pm – 9:30pm

Start planning your outfit with a touch (or more!) of RED, and let’s ‘Paint The Town Red’ together in support of ASM Partner, Arrow the Bone Marrow Transplant Foundation, and the thousands of Australians who receive a life-saving bone marrow transplant each year.

Terms & Conditions

  • If the online registration form does not display or displays an error, please contact us at webmaster@teamslatts.com.au or on 03 9663 3093.
  • Please note there are no physical tickets issued prior to this event. Upon arrival at the venue, event materials will be available for you to collect at the registration desk. This will include your name tag.
  • Registration fees must be paid in full at the time of registration.
  • All prices shown are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of 10% GST.
  • Payments by credit card will appear as “TeamSlatts Pty Ltd” on your statement.
  • We accept registrations from Australian and international users.
  • ANZTCT assumes that delegates and industry registrants who do not tick the “Privacy Required” option in the online registration form agree to have your details published in the list of participants. The list will be shared with industry sponsors.
  • Should you need to cancel your registration for any reason, you may reassign your registration to another person. Delegates are to notify Team Slatts via email of the replacement delegate’s name and contact details.
  • If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a refund less a cancellation fee of AU$100 will be made, providing notification is received prior to 4 July 2025. Cancellations made after 4 July 2025 are non-refundable.
  • If, for reasons beyond the control of the ANZTCT Scientific Meeting Committee, the meeting is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.
  • By registering for the ASM 2025 you are confirming consent for any video and photographs taken at ASM 2025 which you are in and may be used by the ANZTCT in promotion of the ASM and future events.
  • ANZTCT reserves the right to decline industry registrations.
  • The Slatterys’ Community Charter applies to all events that are managed by TeamSlatts.

Cancellation Policy

Given written notice to accounts@teamslatts.com.au, prior to 4 July 2025, we are happy to issue a refund for any cancellation of single tickets. Refunds are not provided for any cancellation received after 4 July 2025 or for non-attendance on the day. All refunds will incur an AUD100 administration fee. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Delegate substitutions may be made at any time, right up until the Conference, at no charge.
